Once we have a clear understanding of your project’s full scope, we will provide a detailed fixed-price agreement for your review. Upon entering into a construction agreement, we begin the preconstruction phase which typically involves things like design work, permitting, and site preparation. If permits are required, construction typically starts promptly after permit approval; when permitting isn't necessary, we are often ready to break ground within just a few weeks.
Clear communication and timely decision-making are the cornerstones of a successful build. Our dedicated project coordinator, who also serves as your design specialist, will guide you through finish selections that reflect your unique style—all while staying on budget and on schedule.
At Eagle, we take pride in employing expert craftspeople in project management, framing, siding, and finish carpentry. This in-house expertise ensures consistent quality and allows us to maintain tight control over scheduling. You’ll receive weekly updates so you can follow along as your project takes shape.
Depending on the scale of your project, we will schedule site visits with your project coordinator. These visits are an opportunity to finalize important decisions like light fixture placement, outlet locations, and HVAC positioning—ensuring your home fits your lifestyle.
Upon completion of your project, we will walk you through a full home orientation to explain all systems, review any remaining punch list items, and gather your feedback. Your experience matters deeply to us, and we are committed to making every step of the process exceptional.
